Are you Blue Light Toxic?

Being healthy is not a luxury anymore.

Believe me when I say this…being healthy & making choices to optimise your health has to be on your ‘to do list’ EVERYDAY.

Gone are the days where you can pick & choose when to be healthy. With the rapid growth & use of technology, we are slowly killing ourselves.

Besides the damaging effects of Wi-Fi, there is growing research showing that blue light from our screens is wreaking havoc on our body.

Blue light is found naturally via the sun, but it is always accompanied with other colours. When blue light comes from screens or light bulbs, we are getting a strong concentration of blue light, absent of other healing colours like red. This intense concentration is similar to the amount of blue light found during solar noon (between 1-2pm).

Our body responds to this light frequency & intensity by producing the body’s largest amount of cortisol- our stress hormone.

Particularly if you live most of your day indoors, or if you are using artificial light at night or using/watching screens after sunset, this concentrated blue light signal confuses our body. It no longer can tell the time of day, therefore essential processes can no longer happen at the correct time including a sharp rise in cortisol production & a suppression of our sleep hormone, melatonin.

Blue light blocking glasses have been a game changer for me, especially working most of the time on computers.

Light moves like a wave, so even opening the windows while I work allows those natural light frequencies to reach me.

Recently I have been working on my thyroid. Correcting my light environment, getting the natural, healing light on my thyroid, eating the correct foods & regular Bio-Resonance sessions have made a huge difference.

But it doesn’t stop there. There is more to do & it is very simple & most of it costs little to no money.
